RACKS IN WALK-IN COOLER HAVE MOLD GROWTH ON THEM. 3. BACK EXIT DOOR HAS DEBRIS ON IT. 4. PIZZA OVENS STILL HAVE FOOD DEBRIS IN THEM. 5. DOUGH ROUND AND MIXER HAVE GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS ON THEM. 5. CEILING TILE AND VENTS HAVE DUST AND DEBRIS ON THEM. 6. DUMPSTER LIDS ARE OPEN. 7. TRASH FOUND AROUND DUMPSTER. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL THIS EQUIPMENT, FLOORS WALLS AND CEILING BEFORE THE NEXT INSPECTION. E-MAIL FOOD HANDLER'S AND CFPM TO ME. |
